Cat Deeley has fronted programmes including SM:TV Live, Fame Academy and So You Think You Can Dance. She has enjoyed a career in TV both in the UK and in the States.

The 44-year-old began her career modelling after being spotted at the age of 14, and worked as a fashion model until 1997.

She then left the modelling world to become a presenter on the MTV Chart Show Hitlist UK.

From 1998 to 2002, Cat continued to top up her bank balance as a host on SM:TV Live across from comedy duo Ant and Dec.

She also hosted its spin-off programmes CD:UK and CD:UK Hotshots until 2005.

She worked on shows including Big Star Little Star, reality show The Choice and Sing: Ultimate A Cappella.

In 2012, Cat married comedian and television personality Patrick Kielty.

The TV presenter also has a large sum of money in property and lived in California until moving back to the UK in 2020.

The mother-of-two put her Beverly Hills mansion on sale last year for just under $5million, or £3.6million.
