Is There a 'Ron's Gone Wrong' End Credits Scene?

WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!

Ron’s Gone Wrong is hitting theaters now!

The star-studded animated movie, out on October 22 in the United States, tells the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally-connected device, which is supposed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions, set against the backdrop of the social media age, launch them into an action-packed journey in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship.

The cast features Zach Galifianakis, Jack Dylan Grazer, Olivia Colman, Ed Helms, Justice Smith, Rob Delaney, Kylie Cantrall, Ricardo Hurtado, Marcus Scribner, and Thomas Barbusca.

Find out inside…

Despite the fact that there was a possibility for more plot on the horizon, there is not an end credits scene at the end of Ron’s Gone Wrong.

At the end of the movie, Ron (Galifianakis) must transfer his code into a giant computer that controls similar robots in order to fix them. However, in doing so, he essentially must sacrifice himself by dumping all the code, which will live in on the other robots. He does so, and sadly, he does not make a return, even after the credits roll.
