'RHOBH' Star Diana Jenkins Sued Ex-Assistant For Alleged Spying In Bedroom, Staffer Claims She Created Hostile Work Environment

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer, Diana Jenkins, has certainly already made her mark on the latest season of RHOBH, but as any new housewife quickly learns what’s in your past, definitely doesn’t stay there.

In resurfaced new reports by RadarOnline, Diana sued her ex-assistant, Hannibal Thomas, back in 2019 when she accused of him of inappropriate behavior as well as being a “peeping tom.”

Diana stated that Hannibal was responsible for “day-to-day schedule, tasks, and workflow.” However, soon Diana said that Thomas eventually began to cross his professional boundaries.

Diana accused Hannibal (who worked in close proximity to her day in and day out) of repeated “intrusions into her private affairs.” She also claimed that the executive assistant would “enter or view into Jenkins’ private rooms, including her bedroom, bathroom, and other private rooms [within] Jenkins’ residence.”

Diana further added that Hannibal would privately “spy” on her while in her private space often while she was “undressing” and suddenly “would just appear as she was entering or exiting her private bathroom.

The lawsuit read, “Thomas knew he was not supposed to be in those areas and had no reason to be there other than to spy on Jenkins while she was indisposed. Thomas’ conduct was deliberate and intentional, but when confronted about this conduct, Thomas would act as though he only “bumped” into her accidentally.”

At one point, Diana’s lawyer claimed she had to draw a “physical line” demonstrating where and where not Hannibal was allowed to be.

Diana said that the assistant’s “betrayal” led to a “lewd and perverse intrusion into” her private affairs caused her significant damage, “including emotional distress.”

Thomas denied all of the allegations and alleged that Diana created a “toxic work environment.”

Hannibal’s attorney wrote, “[Jenkins] trusted [Thomas] enough to not only retain him as employee for not just one job—but THREE JOBS—over the course of THREE YEARS, performing duties which would require him to be in her presence, around the clock. It is clear from the allegations that [Jenkins] suffered no emotional distress at all from the alleged behavior. Otherwise, would she not have terminated him?”

The case ended up being dismissed in 2020.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
